Privacy Policy — Brick Forge

This Privacy Policy describes how Erhan Kuzey (Forge Harbor Studios) ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Brick Forge mobile application (the "App") on iOS and Android devices.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.


1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information you provide

The App does not require you to create an account or provide personal information such as your name, email, or phone number. You can use all core features without signing in.

When you use the App, the following information is collected automatically by the App and the third-party services it uses:

4. Advertising and Tracking

4.1 Ad personalization

We use Google AdMob to show ads. Ads may be personalized based on your inferred interests if you provide consent (in the EU/UK/Switzerland) or do not opt out of tracking (on iOS).

4.2 European Economic Area (EEA), UK, and Switzerland

For users in these regions, we use Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to obtain valid consent under GDPR and the ePrivacy Directive before showing personalized ads or storing non-essential cookies/identifiers. You can change your consent at any time via Settings → Ad Privacy Settings within the App.

4.3 iOS App Tracking Transparency (ATT)

On iOS 14.5 and later, the App will request your permission via the standard ATT prompt before accessing your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) for cross-app tracking purposes. You can change this permission at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → Brick Forge.

If you decline, you will still see ads, but they will be non-personalized (contextual only).

4.4 California (CCPA / CPRA)

California residents have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To opt out, set your iOS ATT preference to "Ask App Not to Track" or use Settings → Ad Privacy Settings in the App and decline personalized ads.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

6.1 In-app data deletion

You can delete all locally-stored data at any time using Settings → Reset Local Data. This action removes builds, photos, settings, and the local unlock cache. Real purchases can still be restored from the store using Restore Purchases.

6.2 Server-side data deletion

For analytics, crash reports, and advertising data held by Google services, please contact us at [email protected] with your request. We will forward the request to the relevant processor and delete data within 30 days where technically feasible.

7. Children's Privacy

Brick Forge is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us at [email protected] and we will delete it promptly.


8. International Data Transfers

The App's third-party processors (Google, Apple) operate globally. Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your country of residence, including the United States. These providers maintain appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses, EU-US Data Privacy Framework, etc.) for international transfers.


9. Security

We rely on industry-standard security practices of our third-party providers (TLS in transit, encryption at rest). However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.


10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notice. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
