Terms of Service — Brick Forge

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Brick Forge mobile application (the "App"), provided by Erhan Kuzey (Forge Harbor Studios) ("we", "us", or "our").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and the rules of the App Store (Apple) or Google Play (Google), as applicable.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, decompile, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the App, except as expressly permitted by applicable law.
• Rent, lease, sublicense, sell, or otherwise transfer the App.
• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Use cheats, automation tools, mods, or any unauthorized third-party software with the App.
• Attempt to bypass paywalls, advertising, or in-app purchase systems.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital consent age in your country, if higher) to use the App. If you are under 18, you confirm that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

3. In-App Purchases

The App offers optional in-app purchases (e.g., premium content packs, ad removal). All purchases are processed through:

• Apple App Store on iOS (StoreKit) — subject to Apple's Media Services Terms.
• Google Play on Android (Play Billing) — subject to Google's Play Terms of Service.

3.1 Pricing and currency

Prices are displayed in your local currency where supported by the platform. All prices include applicable taxes where required by law.

3.2 Restoring purchases

Non-consumable purchases (e.g., ad removal, content packs) can be restored on devices signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account using the Restore Purchases button in the App.

3.3 Refunds

Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple or Google through their respective stores:

We are not able to issue refunds directly. We may, in our sole discretion, assist with refund requests for technical issues.

3.4 Consumables

Any virtual items consumed within the App (if applicable) have no monetary value, are not redeemable for cash, and are non-refundable once used.

4. Advertising

The App is supported in part by advertising. By using the App, you agree to receive in-app advertisements, including:

• Banner ads (small, persistent)
• Interstitial ads (full-screen, between activities)
• Rewarded ads (optional, in exchange for in-app rewards)

You may remove ads via an in-app purchase where offered. Advertising is provided by Google AdMob; see our Privacy Policy for details on data collected.

5. User Content

The App allows you to create, save, and capture screenshots of builds ("User Content"). You retain all rights to your User Content.

User Content is stored only locally on your device and is not uploaded to our servers. You are solely responsible for backing up your User Content (e.g., by sharing screenshots externally).

If you choose to share screenshots from the App, you are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions and for the legality of such sharing.

6. Trademarks and Third-Party Marks

"Brick Forge" and its logos are trademarks of Erhan Kuzey (Forge Harbor Studios). We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The LEGO Group. "LEGO" is a registered trademark of the LEGO Group, which does not sponsor, authorize, or endorse this App.

References to brick-style construction toys are for descriptive purposes only.

7. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
• The results obtained from using the App will be accurate or reliable.
• Any defects will be corrected.

Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above may not apply to you.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Erhan Kuzey (Forge Harbor Studios), ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP.

OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU HAVE PAID TO US THROUGH IN-APP PURCHASES IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS, OR (B) USD $10.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so this may not apply to you in full.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Erhan Kuzey (Forge Harbor Studios) from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your User Content, or your misuse of the App.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

Upon termination, Sections 5 (User Content), 7 (Disclaimers), 8 (Limitation of Liability), 9 (Indemnification), and 12 (Governing Law) survive.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notice or update notes. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ankara, Turkey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ankara, Turkey.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence under mandatory consumer protection laws.

13. Apple App Store Additional Terms (iOS)

If you obtained the App from the Apple App Store, the following additional terms apply:

1. These Terms are an agreement between you and Erhan Kuzey (Forge Harbor Studios), not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
2. Your license to use the App is limited to use on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms.
3. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.
4. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation.
5. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the App.
6. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

14. Google Play Additional Terms (Android)

If you obtained the App from Google Play, your use is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service.
