Gameplay

How do I save my creations?

Your builds save automatically when you exit the build screen. To access saved builds, tap My Creations from the home screen. All saves are stored locally on your device.

How do I share my builds?

Open My Creations, tap a saved build, then tap the Share button to export a screenshot you can send via any app (Messages, WhatsApp, social media, etc.).

I lost my creations after reinstalling the app. Can I recover them?

Brick Forge stores creations locally on your device. If you uninstall the app or use Reset Local Data, your saves are permanently removed. We're working on cloud sync for a future update.

The game runs slowly on my device. What can I do?

Open Settings → Graphics Quality and lower the setting to Low or Medium. This significantly improves performance on older devices.

How do I take a screenshot of my build?

Use the in-app Camera button while in the build screen. Photos are saved to your My Creations gallery.

Purchases & Ads

How do I restore my in-app purchases?

Open Settings → Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID or Google account you used for the original purchase.

I was charged but didn't receive my purchase. What should I do?

First, try Settings → Restore Purchases. If that doesn't work, please email us with your transaction ID (found in your App Store or Play Store purchase history) and we'll resolve it within 24 hours.

How do I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store), not by us directly:

Why am I seeing ads even after purchasing?

Most of our premium packs unlock content but don't remove ads. If you purchased the Remove Ads pack and still see ads, please tap Settings → Restore Purchases. If the issue persists, contact us.

How can I change my ad personalization preferences?

Open Settings → Ad Privacy Settings at any time to update your consent for personalized advertising.

Privacy & Data

How do I delete my data?

Open Settings → Reset Local Data. This permanently deletes all saved creations, settings, photos, and unlocks from your device. This action cannot be undone.

What data does Brick Forge collect?

See our Privacy Policy for full details. In summary: we collect anonymous analytics and crash reports through Firebase and Google AdMob to improve the app and serve ads. We do not collect personal information like your name, email, or phone number.

Is Brick Forge safe for kids?

Brick Forge is rated 9+ on the App Store and contains no violence, scary content, or inappropriate material. The app does include third-party advertising and in-app purchases, so we recommend parental supervision for younger players. Parental controls can be set via your device's Screen Time (iOS) or Family Link (Android) features.

Notifications & Permissions

I'm not receiving notifications. How do I enable them?

On iOS, go to Settings → Brick Forge → Notifications. On Android, go to Settings → Apps → Brick Forge → Notifications. Make sure notifications are enabled.

Why does Brick Forge need internet access?

Internet is used for advertising, anonymous analytics, and crash reports. Core gameplay (building, saving, sharing screenshots) works completely offline.
